Give your child more
than just a story
Our family-oriented books spark imagination, build critical thinking, and create meaningful moments you can share together.
With our Story Apprentices, we create illustrated sci-fi/fantasy adventures that are fast-paced, easy to read, and fun.
Young readers can explore new cultures as humans, elves, and shapeshifting dragons unite against the Jurassican invaders.
Why Deep Reading Matters for Your Child
Today, many children spend more time consuming than reading and creating.
Without the right kind of stories, they miss the chance to imagine, develop their own voices, and connect in special ways.
Deep reading is where growth begins.

Strengthen creativity and critical thinking
Build confidence to express their ideas
Develop meaningful family connection

Grow into a confident young creator
Built Through Real Family Experience
Through this storymaking journey, my boys realized they could DO THINGS THAT MATTERED. They weren’t just learning—they were CREATING SOMETHING MEANINGFUL.
It gave them a safe space to SHARE ideas, BUILD their own world, and GROW in confidence. And more than anything, it created something rare—real conversations where we talked WITH THEM, not AT THEM.

Why I Created These Stories
Rick Williams: Biotech Entrepreneur, Grandfather, Author, and Storymaking Guide
What started as a simple idea, creating stories with my grandchildren, became something much bigger.
As a CEO, I mentored the next generation of leaders.
Now, I pass on life lessons to preteens and teens through storymaking.
I don’t just guide story development… I walk alongside each young collaborator traveling on a personal Hero’s Journey.
Even our 1:1 “business meetings” at restaurants become part of the adventure.
Over time, I realized something important:
Storymaking has always been at the center of how I think, lead, and develop innovations.

A Growing Community of Young Readers
Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students other than my grandchildren.
These Story Apprentices have played an active role in developing new novels, workbooks, and short stories.
I’m also helping one of the Story Apprentices to write his own YA novel.
Perfect for families who want to start creating right away.
The Storymaking Journey
